These terms govern your use of Kovae services provided by Kovae, Inc. By using our services, you agree to work with us in good faith, provide accurate project information, and use delivered systems lawfully.

Subscription services

Kovae provides AI software, automations, systems, and related implementation work on a subscription basis. Work is delivered asynchronously, one active request at a time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created for you are built inside your own accounts and are yours to keep after completion, subject to payment of applicable fees and third-party platform terms.

Payments and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may pause or cancel according to the terms of your active plan. Third-party tools, hosting, and platform subscriptions are not included unless explicitly stated.
